Appointment Policy

Welcome to Glowed Up by Didi! To ensure we provide the best service and maintain a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly request that you review our appointment policies:

Advance Booking​

 

Appointments are to be booked via WhatsApp or by phone call. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

 

Deposit Requirement​

 

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure appointments. Please send proof of payment once paid. Preference will be given to those who’ve made payment.

​

24-Hour Notice​

 

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 30% deposit paid.

 

No-Show Policy​

 

No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

 

Grace Period​

 

We allow a 15-minute grace period. After this, we may shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. Full charges will still apply.

 

Communication​

 

If you’re running late, please call or WhatsApp us to avoid losing your slot.

​

Future Bookings​

 

Clients who miss two or more appointments without notice must pay in full when booking their next service.

Payment Methods​

 

We accept card and EFT payments.

Refunds​

 

Refunds for unsatisfactory services are not provided. However, we’re happy to adjust or redo the service if notified before leaving the salon. In the event that we have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you have the option to request a refund or reschedule your appointment.

Health Precautions​

 

If you’re feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.
